How do you
make money with Forex? Obviously by buying low
and selling high, right? Well, yea, but it's not
quite that easy. Like any trade the object is to
sell higher than what you bought in for. However,
making money with Forex takes patience and a lot of
research.
To make money
with Forex you'll need to be aware of all current events
that could possibly affect a countries currency.
For example, if Japan has just experienced a massive
disaster you can expect the value of the Yen to drop.
To make money with Forex you'll need to be aware of all
of these things.
There
isn't some big secret to making money with Forex, just
time, knowledge, and skill. However, it's easier
to make money with Forex if you have a few things on
your side:
1)
Knowledge. Have several up to date news
sources that you check constantly for any changes
that you might be able to profit from.
For example, if Japan experiences a small earthquake
the Yen might drop by a few points. You then
buy $1,000 worth. When the Yen recovers in a
few days (or however long it takes), sell it for
it's typical rate and pocket the difference.
2)
Communication. If you are trading you want
to be able to make the trade as quickly as possible.
A small delay could cost you money after all!

Reliability. An essential for making money
with Forex; your Forex broker and software need to
be reliable for you to be able to make money with
them. Before you make any large trades make
sure that you can trust them. Make several
smaller trades and see how it works: what was the
response like? Was the trade made as soon as I
ordered it?
4) An
open mind. Forex requires skill, and that
requires learning. Learn, learn, and learn
some more. Making money with Forex is simply a
matter of knowing when to buy and when to sell.
The problem is knowing when to do what.
Read, watch, and absorb as much information as you
can. If you're just starting out there are
many brokers that offer a "fun money" version of
Forex that follows the real world Forex market.
That is a great way to practice and learn without
risking any of your own money.
I know that
this page didn't have a killer strategy on how to
make money with Forex, but to be honest, there is no
cut and paste method. I cannot stress enough that
you simply need to test and see what works for you! |
